I don't know if it was my old dentist's office or if it's really been that long since I've been to the dentist, but that was the BEST experience I've ever had at the dentist. I'm still amazed the next day! From the very beginning, everything was great. The equipment is new and fancy and quick and simple. Then they have a tech?, doctor and financial person all come speak with you so you're very well informed of everything, from what's wrong to treatment plan to cost just at that first visit. Addressed all of my questions and concerns, never felt rushed. Since I need so much work done they need to split up my appointments, and the financial gal had it split up into the separate visits with the out of pocket cost for that visit. SO HELPFUL!! I also want to take this moment to call out Dr. Cho and the incredibly kind and informative message that he took the time to send me after the appointment. Thank you so much! Then the appointment itself - that was the most incredibly painless experience I've ever had at the dentist. I still can't believe how easy that was to get cavities filled. They let you know exactly what they're doing before and while they're doing it, even talking you through breathing through the part where they use a needle to numb you up. I literally felt zero pain because before that they numb you up with a gel. And then felt nothing for the rest of the time! There's even this thing they have that basically keeps your mouth open for you so you can kind of just relax there, with a suction included right in the mouth guard! Like, what!! How was this all so easy?? I don't know what sorcery they were using, it *was* Halloween 😂 but that entire experience was just fantastic. Another call out to the front desk staff, they are always super nice, via phone, in person, whatever, a pleasure to deal with! And of course, the techs! Apologies if that's the wrong title, but you know who you are! You were great from the get go 😊. And I'm sure all of you are awesome. Highly, highly recommend this facility for your dental needs. Emphasizing PAINLESS experience throughout! And just cool staff 😎. I'm very much looking forward to my next appointment and getting my teeth fixed!
